Quincy – Has the investors a 1.8M and 200M and the network of operators

Created the Hanson Club a private equity group created to acquire companies. Has a network of committed investors available to place debt/equity into qualified companies. In order for the companies to be acquired they much go through a 3rd party audit/ calculation process. If the deal turns the calculator green we can fund the deal. If it turns red it’s a no-deal and we have to walk away. It may take 70-200 attempts to find the right deal, this is where your money is going. To speed up the process of collecting more deals. Quincy created the Hanson Club to teach people how to deliver qualified deals to his investors.

 After a year of development, he found that many people have an interest in M/A but don’t necessarily have the time to drop everything to do all the work today. This is why we added our partner Chris to help them get their deals done faster. 

Chris – Has surplus deal flow. Having acquired 140 companies over 10 years for a large corporation we can invest our capital into Chris’s current lead gen systems to scale the pipeline. Chris has been building relationships with brokers for years. You pay for the time to have access to the depth of these relationships and to skip the line. Chris has the deal flow but he lacks the investment capital to acquire which is why he decided to partner with the network. Chris also doesn’t have a passion for running the day-to-day operations of a company although he does have the capacity to do so. He’d rather focus on keeping closing deals. The network allows him to do what he wants while helping you and the network create wealth. 

Ryan/ME – Owns ADC and AN a marketing company/ software product designed to profitably collect buyer/seller/consultant data. 

I created the Acquisition Network a software company designed to automate the processes outlined by Quincy and Chris. 

I’ll be able to do this by collecting data profitably by 

1) Teaching people how to deliver deals 

2) Convincing qualified companies to come to us directly instead of brokers. 

I created training programs for $100-$1,000-$10,000 and a b2b product for $2,000. 

The app and network organize our ability to train consultants, import data and track live sales pipelines through a social marketplace and shared CRM. Similarly, how Amazon organized a platform for e-commerce we did the same for Acquisitions. Our app combines 4 unique elements that we haven’t found available anywhere else in the field of Acquisitions.
