There is tremendous growth in this business because we are one of the first doing this business and had the first national website. To double the business each year would require additional staff as I have been doing this alone for over 10 years and in addition to 1099 contractors, in-house staff needs to have a bookkeeper and a sales person on the ground calling on home builders and remodelers and as business greatly increases, there needs to be someone to do project management.
