Quincy Fasion the owner of the Hanson Club created his group so that he can teach people how to deliver qualified companies to his investors. He also created a program to teach people how he improves his portfolio companies so that they can be doubled and resold for a multiple. In exchange for delivering qualified deals to the club Quincy’s team gets 50% of the business. He offers a percentage to his investors so they can receive a healthy return on their capital but mainly that equity goes to finding qualified executives to run and manage the day-to-day operations of the business. Nobody here is buying a job. 

We won’t go into companies and drastically change the management staff or structure. We actually prefer to keep everything as close to as status quo as possible. We’re buying profitable companies that have been running for years. If it aint broken don’t fix it. Instead what we do is we leverage the equity and cash flow to install managers and operators to ensure that the company stays on the right track. By doing this it allows Quincy and our members to focus on improving the business instead of working in the business.

With our done-for-you program, we can install you as the owner where you aren’t actually required to do anything other than attend monthly meetings and help contribute to the overall growth and vision of the company. We want you to think like an investor and not an entrepreneur. 

Rather than working in the business which consists of opening the store, talking to customers, serving coffee, ordering supplies, and sweeping the floor. We want to teach you how to work on the business which involves, hiring operators, installing systems, finding investors, acquiring competitors, integrating supply chain/distribution, and looking for new verticals to acquire. So to answer your question Quincy’s team and the Hanson club will run the business but we want to teach you how to do so also.
