The program

The methodology, the pipeline, the team — all of it.

Acquisition Network has been closing deals for fifteen years. The Consultant Program is how we extend that operating system to a small group of trained consultants who source deals, advise buyers, and co-broker on real engagements.

You don't graduate with a certificate and a Slack channel. You graduate with a live pipeline, a co-broker agreement, and a direct line to the senior team.

Who it's for

Operators, advisors, and brokers ready to plug in.

The Consultant Program isn't an intro course. It's for people who already have one foot in the world of M&A and want a real seat at the table.

01
The ex-broker or advisorM&A & business brokerage
You've worked listings and know the mechanics, but you're tired of fighting for inventory and waiting on broker payouts. Our pipeline runs in the other direction.
02
The operator switching sidesFrom running to buying
You've run businesses and want to spend the next chapter helping people buy them. The program teaches you the buy-side mechanics so you advise as a peer, not a beginner.
03
The corporate-finance proSpreadsheets to live deals
You know the spreadsheets but haven't run live deals end-to-end. We pair you with senior team members on real engagements until you can run point yourself.
What you learn & do

FAQ

Common questions.

If yours isn't here, book a call and our team will answer it directly.

Do I need prior M&A experience?
Helpful but not required. We've enrolled ex-brokers, corporate-finance pros, multi-unit operators, and high performers from adjacent industries. We screen for judgement, execution history, and capacity to plug into a live pipeline. The fit call is how we evaluate that.
How long is the program?
The structured training portion is roughly 12 weeks. Live engagements and co-broker arrangements continue indefinitely as long as you're actively producing. Most consultants close their first deal during weeks 8–12.
What does it cost?
Pricing is reviewed on the fit call: a tuition component for the training plus a co-broker fee split on closed deals. We're transparent about both during the call so you can decide whether the model fits your plans.
How much can I expect to earn?
It depends on deal flow, your sourcing capacity, and whether you run the program full-time or alongside another role. Specific co-broker-fee ranges and earnings figures are shared on the call — we don't publish numbers we haven't validated against real consultant outcomes.
Is this a franchise or referral program?
Neither. It's an apprenticeship plus a co-broker agreement. You're not licensing the brand or paying a recurring royalty. You work alongside our team on engagements and earn per close.
Can I do this remotely?
Yes. The program runs remotely with optional in-person events. Most consultants are spread across North America. You'll need reliable video, capacity for live calls during US business hours, and a reasonable research setup.
