Acquisition Network (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates acquisitionnetwork.io and the application at app.acquisitionnetwork.io. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Information we collect
When you fill out a form on this site or create an account in our app, we collect:
- Identifiers — your name, email address, and phone number.
- Communication preferences — your consent to receive calls, text messages, and email from us.
- Usage and device data — pages you view, referring URL, the page that brought you here (UTM parameters), browser, and IP address.
- Account data — if you create an account in our application, the data you submit and generate inside it (deal criteria, notes, profile, etc.).
2. How we use your information
- To follow up on inquiries you submit, including booking calls, sending program details, and answering questions.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe; reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.
4. Third-party services
We use the following service providers to operate the site and the app. Each receives only the data necessary to perform its function:
- Vercel — hosting and content delivery for this website.
- Supabase — application database and authentication for the app.
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) — customer relationship management, calendar booking, email and SMS delivery.
- Whop and/or Stripe — payment processing and membership management for paid plans.
- Analytics and advertising tools — we may use products such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, or PostHog to understand site traffic and measure ad performance. These tools may set their own cookies.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Google API services and your Google Account data
If you choose to connect your Google account inside the app (Settings › Account › Connect Google Calendar), we use Google APIs strictly to make coach booking work. Acquisition Network’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- Scopes requested.
calendar.events (to create coaching-session events with Google Meet links on the coach’s calendar), calendar.freebusy (to subtract the coach’s personal busy times from publicly bookable slots), and openid + email (to display which Google account is connected).
- What we read. Busy/free time intervals from your selected Google calendars. We never request, receive, store, or display the titles, descriptions, attendees, or contents of your calendar events.
- What we write. Calendar events on the coach’s primary calendar when a member books a coaching session. Each event contains only the booking time, the member’s email as an attendee, and an auto-generated Google Meet link. We do not modify or delete events the user did not create through our application.
- How we store it. Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and stored only in our application database. The encryption key is held in our hosting provider’s secret manager and never written to logs or version control.
- Sharing and AI. We do not sell, transfer, or license Google user data to third parties. We do not use Google user data to train, improve, or otherwise operate machine-learning or AI models, generalized or otherwise.
- How to revoke. Disconnect at Settings › Account to remove the connection and delete the encrypted tokens. You can additionally revoke our app’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
6. Cookies
We use first-party and third-party cookies to operate the site, remember your session in the app, and measure ad campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.
7. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct or update inaccurate information.
- Request that we delete your information.
- Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link in any message).
- Opt out of marketing SMS (reply STOP).
- Opt out of certain advertising cookies through industry tools such as the Network Advertising Initiative.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@acquisitionnetwork.io.
8. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as you have an account, are an active lead in our pipeline, or as otherwise required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Encrypted Google access and refresh tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect Google Calendar from Settings › Account, or when your account is deleted.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No internet transmission or electronic storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information, please contact us so we can remove it.
